Coastal operates in part as a lead-generation and referral service. When you submit a request, we may share or sell the information you provide — including your name, contact details, property address, and service needs — to one or more independent third-party contractors, service providers, or partners so they can contact you and provide the services you’re seeking. We may be compensated for these referrals. Some or all of the services you request may be performed by these third parties rather than by Coastal. By submitting your information, you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by those parties.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or business requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights — including asking us not to sell or share your information with contractors — contact us and we will honor your request as required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
